Day One
9:00 to 10:30 Overview all aspects of Performance
Management and introduce the PEP paradigm.
10:45 to 12:00 General presentation of the PEP
2002 program.
1:00 to 2:30 Learn how to setup job standards and setting
job values. 2:45 to 4:00 More on setting up jobs and quantifying performance
standards.
Day Two
9:00 to 9:45 Extensive training on the complete PEP
computer program.
10:00 to 12:00 Continue computer training.
1:00 to 3:30 Learn how to present the program to the
management team using the presentation material provided.
A two
day training session for HR directors, owners or supervisors. This course
provides management with a simple, yet innovative, approach to the Performance
Management process.
Managers will learn how to install and use the
computer aided programs, the art of setting job values, and how to modify job
standards. The session also teaches you how to train the management team and
implement the programs. We provide overheads, slides, evaluator workbook, and
other training aids to help you get the PEP program up and running.
This course is essentially the same program as our Certified Consultant
program minus the product sales portion.
PEP Evaluator
Training Program (This three hour course is for people who
are evaluating others ) $175 Per Person (includes Evaluator Workbook)
A three hour course especially designed for executives concerned
with employee performance evaluation. Learn about the most comprehensive &
fair method of Performance Management. We will also introduce your management
personnel to the latest most effective system designed to help reduce employee
turnover and improve morale. Subjects covered are: 1. Quantifying performance
data. 2. Learn how to document Significant Incidents. 3. Learn how to create
Specific Performance Objectives. 4. Learn how to use the PEP evaluation report
to better communicate and motivate your employees.
This is a
supplemental course assuming the organization has a fully trained
administrator. Program is the morning portion of the Certified Trainer Agenda
(day one).
ONLINE
TRAINING
JCM has added a new online
module to our training programs. Thanks to new technology with the internet, we
can offer live training and demonstrations. JCM prefers to have clients come to
our training center for personal training, but there are times when travelling
is not possible. For those times, we now have this option available.
How does online training work? JCM sets up an online meeting
and invites the client via e-mail to attend at a certain date and time. When
the meeting times comes, you click on the address listed in your
e-mail.
